VIRTUS TRAINING SESSIONS AT OLH
first week of school in September
All chaperones and volunteers must be Virtus certified.
The Diocese of Rockville Centre recognizes that background information including criminal history record checks are a critical element in ensuring the safety of children and protecting them from inappropriate actions or behaviors of others.

All potential volunteers for OLH complete a background check. In addition, volunteers must attend a Virtus training session. If you have already been trained in Virtus, please send to the school office a copy of the attendance certificate.
Please check www.virtus.org for a list of training sessions being held in the Diocese of Rockville Centre. You must register online to attend a workshop.

To offer our OLH families a bit more variety, we will be offering two fundraising events this fall. Both events will run from September 13^th – October 13^th. Families will have the opportunity to participate in one or both of these fundraisers. We will continue to offer the fabulous Innisbrook wrapping paper products and in addition, we have added MixedBag Designs.
